Roger Shavlik, President

Roger Shavlik, President and owner of Finance System of Green Bay Inc. started in the collection business in 1964 as co-owner of Manitowoc Collection Service. He continued to polish his trade during his years with the company.

In 1980 he decided to part ways with his partner and move to Green Bay area to start Finance System of Green Bay Inc. and Credit Data Services (Regional Credit Bureau). He further expanded the reach of Credit Data Services by automating the different local Credit Bureaus in Northeastern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula. During this time, Finance System of Green Bay Inc. started growing and now employs 25 full time personnel with over 400 years of credit and collection experience. Roger has also lent his expertise in helping others start their own collection agencies. Roger is currently active in the business but in a much more reserved roll in his retirement years. In his free time he enjoys deep sea fishing, a good cigar and spending time with his wife Helen in Marco Island Florida.


Jeff ShavlikJeff Shavlik, Vice President

Jeffrey has over 29 years of credit and collection experience starting with Credit Data Services (now known as TransUnion). Credit Data Services provided Jeffrey with the knowledge and work experience relating to credit reporting and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which he brought to Finance System of Green Bay, Inc.

Initially hired at Finance System of Green Bay, Inc. as a debt collector, his job duties continually grew and earned a Scholar Degree through the American Collectors Association (ACA International). He has been an active board member of the Wisconsin Collectors Association, an associate member of the Wisconsin Clinic Credit Managers Association and Wisconsin Credit Medical Association, and an active member of the Wisconsin Apartment Association as well as a friend of IREM. He is a current member of the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce participating in a CEO Roundtable group program and a mentor through the Green Bay education partnership.
