Communication is changing. Are you moving forward?

Communication with your customers, colleagues, family members, friends and even your children has sure changed in the last ten years. Text messaging, emailing, Snapchat, FaceTime, and websites are all examples of how people prefer to communicate. Finance System of Green Bay, Inc. has recognized these trends and has added some new features for our clients and our referrals.

Mobile Payment App: Secure mobile app for your referrals to verify balances, communicate securely with a collector, and pay online by credit card or electronic fund transfer (EFT). We have seen an increase in online payments and e-mail communications with referrals since its inception.

E-mail Encryption: Presently, communicating securely with our clients is available on our client web link or via an FTP site. We now have the ability to encrypt all emails to our clients or communicate securely with a referral, if requested.

ACH Remittance: All month-end remittance checks can now be electronically deposited into your business checking account. If you are interested in this service, please contact Jeff at Jeff@fsgbcollections.com to get enrolled today.

Electronic Drag and Drop of an Image: Currently all supporting documentation sent by the client regarding a referral is imaged directly to the file. Now, Finance System of Green Bay, Inc is able to receive electronic images of supporting documentation and immediately place the image in the referral’s file saving time and printing costs for the client.

IVR (Interactive Voice Response): Automated interface which accepts payments from referrals.

Text & Email Communications: By utilizing the referrals best communication preferences, we are able to get responses far quicker and frequently from our referrals.

As you can see, a lot of these enhancements are brought on by the change in the way we communicate.
